Bar Attendant

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bar Attendant to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, taking orders and serving beverages promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings.

Qualifications:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (Mandatory)
• Food Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Experience working in a bar and making cocktails
• Barista experience desirable
• First Aid and CPR Certificate desirable
