Who are we:

At Total Beauty Network (TBN), we’re home to some of Australia’s most loved beauty brands—Inika Organic, Raww, Colour by TBN, and Designer Brands (DB). Now celebrating 20 years of innovation, we’re proud to be 100% cruelty-free, driven by purpose, and on a mission to deliver affordable, conscious beauty around the world.

With DB expanding into skincare and continuously pushing boundaries in cosmetics, NPD is more critical than ever. That’s why we’re growing our team—and looking for a super-organised, proactive New Product Development Coordinator to help bring our next wave of beauty innovations to life.

About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Leader Product Innovation, this role is the operational heartbeat of our product development process. You’ll be the master of timelines, the connector between suppliers and internal teams, and the keeper of all things documentation. If you’re excited by beauty trends, logistics, and turning ideas into real products on shelf—this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate critical paths: Keep projects on track using NPD calendars and trackers; flag roadblocks and follow up on actions

• Liaise with suppliers: Manage communication for samples, packaging, and pricing

• Prepare documentation: Collate briefs, artwork files, compliance forms, and product data

• Raise and track POs: Work closely with Finance and Operations to manage purchase orders and payments

• Oversee artwork timelines: Help manage packaging proofing and approvals with internal teams

• Support compliance and QA: Gather ingredient lists, regulatory paperwork, and check product quality on arrival

• Coordinate samples: Keep our product libraries organised and help prepare for launches, meetings, and presentations

• Stay ahead of trends: Research the market, scout new formats, and help bring the latest innovations to the table

About you:

• You’ve got 2+ years’ experience in coordination, NPD, or product support—ideally in beauty, FMCG, or retail

• Super organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident juggling multiple priorities and timelines

• Comfortable working with suppliers, especially internationally

• Curious about beauty trends and how things are made

• Tech-savvy with solid Excel and admin skills

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture

What’s in it for you:

• Work with some of Australia’s fastest-growing beauty brands

• Be part of a high-energy team where ideas turn into real products

• Flexible work, birthday leave, health & wellness perks

• Generous product discounts (you’ll want everything!)

• An environment that values initiative, creativity, and having fun while getting things done
