About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a commercially savvy, highly organised, creative craving Brand Manager who loves turning strategy into standout execution. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You will be working on our Designer Brands portfolio to help inspire the masses.
You’ll be responsible for bringing brand plans to life across retail and promotional touchpoints from product ranges and planograms to in-store execution and launches. Working closely with NPD, Sales, Design, and Digital, you’ll ensure our brands show up consistently, beautifully, and profitably wherever our customers find us.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Execute brand and promotional plans that drive sales, awareness, and customer engagement.
• Own the development and rollout of planograms and stand updates, ensuring best-in-class product presentation across all retail environments.
• Support range reviews and product lifecycle management, including rationalisation, excess stock management, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns end-to-end, aligning creative execution with trade and sales objectives.
• Assist with new product launches, partnering with NPD and Design on packaging, artwork, and timelines.
• Work closely with the Sales team to manage close-outs, track sell-through, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Support reporting, campaign analysis, and budget tracking to ensure strong ROI.
• Keep a close eye on the market and competitors, identifying opportunities to elevate brand execution.

You’ll Bring
• Experience in brand or product marketing, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Solid knowledge of planograms, merchandising, and retail execution.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• A team-first mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
