Summary:
TOGA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of critical initiatives within a large, enterprise‑wide business optimisation program spanning Finance, Technology, Operations, and corporate functions.
This role is suited to a delivery driven Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and takes clear accountability for outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Transformation, the Project Manager will support the end to end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through to implementation and handover. The role is focused on hands‑on execution, working closely with business owners, technology teams, vendors, and partners to manage scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies. The Project Manager is expected to support the leadership team to resolve issues, make informed trade‑offs, and provide clear, accurate reporting into program governance forums.
This is a full‑time, one‑year fixed‑term contract aligned to the duration of the business optimisation program. There is potential for this role to be converted to a permanent position, depending on business needs and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
- Support the development and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where required
- Coordinate internal and external resources across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Support project governance, including preparation of status updates, decision papers, and steering committee inputs
- Actively communicate with leadership to ensure deliverables meet agreed business requirements and quality standards
- Support the management of interdependencies with other initiatives across the broader program
- Consult with business owners and the Change Manager to support effective implementation and adoption
- Track progress against approved business cases and intended benefits
Qualifications:
- ·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- ·Proven experience delivering business and/or technology projects end‑to‑end
- ·Strong planning, execution, and problem‑solving capability
- ·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains
- ·Experience operating within structured governance and reporting environments
- ·Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate complexity into actionable plans
- ·Comfortable working within Microsoft 365 tools used (including Microsoft Planner Pro) to support project delivery and reporting
- ·Experience in complex or matrixed organisations; property, construction, hospitality, or asset‑intensive sectors desirable
