Summary:

Toga Health is building a new model of mental health care—one that blends clinical excellence with genuine human connection. We are hiring a front of clinic role (similar in part to a medical practice receptionist) with more of a hospitality and patient-oriented focus.

The Clinic Receptionist for our Bondi Junction space understands that this role is more than reception. You are the first point of contact and the tone-setter—helping people feel welcome, safe and at ease from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

You will support the day-to-day flow of the clinic while creating a calm, professional and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and grounding patients, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointments, billing and scheduling
  • Process with new patient registration, insurance and funding claims
  • handling phone and email enquiries
  • Supporting coordination between clinicians and the wider team
  • Assisting with billing and appointment management
  • Maintaining an organised and inviting reception space
  • Assisting with client records, billing and administrative tasks

About You

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in reception, hospitality or healthcare environments
  • Highly organised and tidy
  • Professional, calm and people-focused
  • Mature and respectful of maintaining professional boundaries
  • Confident using a practice management system and working in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration/Business (Medical) or Similar Qualification
  • Australian citizenship or VISA with full working rights
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
