About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading the retail team and collaborating closely with the naturopaths to deliver exceptional experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, foster a positive team culture, and ensure our store thrives in both sales and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
• Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead the retail team while collaborating with naturopaths to maintain seamless client care.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the store delivers exceptional service, from consultations to retail support, and handle any escalated customer service matters.
• Operations Management: Oversee opening/closing duties, stock control, and POS operations to maintain an efficient and organised store.
• Sales Performance: Drive store performance by meeting sales targets, encouraging rebooking’s, and promoting product recommendations aligned with client treatment plans.
• Naturopathic Expertise: Provide on-the-floor support with consultations as needed and ensure the team follows agreed advice protocols.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the key link between the store and head office, sharing feedback and aligning with company goals.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and running in-store events, such as information nights and wellness workshops.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications in Naturopathy, including current Naturopathic Association Registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance – essential.
• Proven experience in retail or team leadership roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
