We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and detailed Transport Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships and working across teams.

About the role

You’ll coordinate the end-to-end movement of materials from the wharf to customer delivery, working closely with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective outcomes.

We pride ourselves on delivering a seamless, end-to-end service – this role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transport providers to ensure on-time delivery
• Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage import processes, including customs clearance
• Review transport invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management
• Proactively manage risks (e.g. delays, demurrage)
• Maintain accurate data across systems (SAP/Excel)

What we’re looking for

• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain
• Exposure to import/export (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with transport management systems (TMS) or similar platforms
• Understanding of Australian customs regulations and procedures
