We’re looking for a Production Controller with strong coordination skills and a keen eye for detail to join our Wetherill Park operations team. In this role, you’ll plan and support daily production, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure quality and delivery standards are consistently met.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules
- Allocate inventory to sales orders and track progress against capacity
- Manage order documentation, freight bookings, and dispatch
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, labour hours, and production efficiency
- Contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote safety, quality, and teamwork in all operations
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years’ experience in production control, manufacturing, or logistics coordination
- Relevant qualification in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience with freight or customs clearance (advantageous)
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on safety and accuracy
