Description

As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play an important role in delivering safe, person-centred care to people living with disability and complex health needs. Working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Clinical Team Leader, you will provide high-quality nursing support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with high-intensity daily personal activities (HIDPA) such as enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter management, and seizure support, as well as educating support staff and families on safe care practices. You will also contribute to care planning and accurate documentation, ensuring all supports meet NDIS and organisational standards.

This role requires current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse and a Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).

Experience in disability, community, or acute care is highly regarded, though newly registered ENs with a commitment to disability practice are encouraged to apply. Essential requirements include a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR, up-to-date immunisations, and a valid driver’s licence.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rates aligned with experience and relevant awards.
