What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a talented and reliable Graphic Designer who brings strong layout and visual communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative approach to creative work. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Design Director, Account Managers, and wider design team to deliver high-quality design outcomes across a variety of client projects.
You’ll have solid commercial design experience and be highly confident using Adobe InDesign, with strong typography, layout, and file preparation skills. You’ll understand how to interpret brand guidelines and translate client needs into thoughtful, engaging creative solutions.
You’ve got experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing multiple projects while communicating clearly with team members. We’re looking for someone who can work both collaboratively and autonomously, takes initiative, and is eager to continue learning and growing.
This is a 5 month on site contract starting in June.

Been jumping between layout refinements in InDesign and client amendments briefed in by our Account Managers. You would’ve helped bring a multi-page brochure to life—tightening typography, finessing grids, and making sure every detail aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations. You may have also been asked to roll out final artwork across multiple formats, keeping file structures clean, exports flawless, and deadlines firmly on track—then finished the week collaborating on a concept where strong visuals and smart storytelling came together to shape what’s next.
What you’ll do:
- Create high quality graphic design work across print and digital, with a strong focus on layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Bring client briefs and brand guidelines to life through thoughtful, polished design solutions
- Work closely with our Creative Director, Design Director, Account Managers, and wider design team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- Design and roll out multi-page documents, presentations, campaign assets, and marketing materials across multiple formats
- Prepare final artwork files that are accurate, well-structured, and ready for production or digital deployment
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Respond to feedback and refine designs quickly and effectively
- Maintain excellent file management and workflow organisation across all projects
Key selection criteria:
- 3+ years commercial design experience
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally
- Understand the brand personality, guidelines, translating clients needs
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Some knowledge of working with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint & Word)
- Excellent file management skills
- Able to work seamlessly on multiple projects and manage time effectively
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and layout experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Digital design experience a bonus (figma)
