Production Coordinator

Location: Dandenong South VIC

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to take ownership of our manufacturing floor and lead a team of 10–15 staff in a fast-paced uPVC windows and doors operation.

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role – you’ll be on the floor, driving output, solving problems in real time, and setting the standard for performance.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating daily production to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Leading, motivating, and holding accountable a team of 10–15 staff
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving workflow efficiency
• Ensuring safety, quality control, and production targets are consistently met
• Working closely with management to plan schedules and resolve issues

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment (windows/doors or similar preferred)
• A leader who leads from the front – not afraid to get hands dirty
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
• A problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Someone who takes ownership, not someone who needs constant direction
