The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced a passionate and proactive hospitality professional to lead and inspire our team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and love’s sharing their passion for food and wine.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a premium dining or hospitality setting.
• A genuine love of food, wine, and great hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate your team.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A current Victorian RSA certification (non-negotiable)
