Events Executive

We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Events Executive to join our team and help deliver some of Australia’s leading property industry events.

This is a unique opportunity to work across live events and digital media, supporting high-impact conferences, networking experiences and content that reaches a national audience of developers, investors and industry leaders.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in bringing events to life—from planning and delivery through to amplifying them across social channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Events

Support the delivery of conferences, summits and networking events

Coordinate logistics, speakers, sponsors and attendee communications

Assist with registrations, run sheets and event platforms

Provide on-site support at events

Social Media & Content

Create and schedule content across LinkedIn and Instagram Capture live event content (photo/video, behind-the-scenes) Write engaging copy aligned to brand and audience Repurpose event content into ongoing digital assets Track engagement and performance

About You

1–3 years’ experience in events, marketing or similar Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator (written and verbal) Comfortable working in fast-paced, live environments Passion for content, social media and storytelling
