About The Skin Hospital

About the role
The primary objective of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service by focusing on supporting The Skin Hospital’s patients, doctors, and nurses. As the first point of customer contact, the position is seen as critical in establishing a professional image and improving the reputation of The Skin Hospital.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Making patient appointments, provision of fee information and meeting patient’s service needs
- Accurate patient billing and daily banking reconciliation
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Working closely with Doctors, administration and nursing staff
We are looking for an experienced medical receptionist with a genuine caring disposition. If you are able to demonstrate a customer service approach in all interactions, aligned with the values of The Skin Hospital, we would love to hear from you.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Hospital or busy medical practice front desk/reception
- Processing payments using a billing system
- Experience with health fund billing
- Experience with theatre bookings
- Ensuring a smooth clinic flow of patients
