Description

About The Mindful Collective

The Mindful Collective is a team of passionate health professionals inspiring our studio guests to make mindful and compassionate changes in their lives. Together we have created a professional yet fun and flexible culture, making work-life enjoyable and sustainable.

Our little studio in Paddington has a range of women’s health services, including physiotherapists and psychologists. We value integrity, efficient strategy, evidence-based practice, curiosity, humour, kindness and diversity.

Our Director (Amy Kate) is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist and board-approved supervisor who likes to be open-minded about how we connect with others. We hold significant events celebrating proactive self-care, have hilarious team days (even going to some local beehives), and have a few trained and accredited therapy dogs brightening our space!

We have decided to offer a flexible employment model (paid above the award, based on experience) as we believe this makes the partnership between our team members and us very clear.

We are thrilled to be expanding our team and are negotiable on hours for the right candidate (2-4 days per week)
