About The Role

The Local Guys Services is looking for a highly organised, detail-focused and confident Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing Support Centre team in Adelaide.

This role is responsible for helping manage work for our larger multi-site clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the key person helping coordinate jobs, communicate with clients, liaise with our Franchise Partners, keep information up to date, and make sure work is scheduled, completed and followed through properly.

This is not a sales role. The right person will be someone who enjoys structure, process, communication and keeping things moving. You will need to be confident speaking with clients and Franchise Partners, comfortable following up when needed, and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail.

The Local Guys works with clients across Electrical Test & Tag, Pest Control, Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, with Franchise Partners located across Australia and New Zealand. Our internal National Clients material positions this work around dedicated project coordination, onboarding, scheduling, communication and follow-up for multi-site clients.

Cleaning Carpet Cleaning

We support Franchise Partners across the network and work with clients who need reliable service coordination across multiple locations. Our goal is to provide a professional, organised and stress-free experience for both our clients and Franchise Partners.

As a family-built franchise, we value strong relationships, clear communication, positive attitudes and people who take pride in doing things properly.

Ready to Apply?

If you are highly organised, confident with people, and enjoy keeping jobs, clients and teams on track, we would love to hear from you.

Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience in client service, scheduling, administration or operations coordination.

Successful applicants will be required to provide a current Police Clearance Check. Police checks are already part of The Local Guys’ broader standards for Support Centre team members and Franchise Partners.
