About the Role
A successful candidate for this role is a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who confidently manages multiple priorities, from financial reconciliations and invoicing to maintaining efficient office systems and supporting broader business operations. They bring strong experience in MYOB or Xero, payroll and compliance processes, paired with excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reconciliations of various income streams
- Tracking and checking invoicing.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Maintain office by organising office operations and procedures, managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems (Office 365/Share point)
- MYOB – Financial bank feeds.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
- Assisting with expense reporting and basic invoicing.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines.
- Liaise with clients by email or telephone to answer questions or provide information concerning quotations
- Handling general office duties and providing support to senior management members where required.
About You
- Balancing multiple responsibilities, such as financial management and HR duties, while maintaining exceptional organizational standards
- Demonstrating strong time management by assigning and monitoring clerical functions and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Experience in MYOB or Zero (Minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
- Experience in payroll, superannuation, ATO declarations, and payroll tax.
- Efficiently maintaining office systems to ensure smooth operations.
