The Dental Group is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Sydney CBD. You will support three established healthcare brands:
- Dental99 – Affordable, high-volume general dentistry across multiple locations
- Sydney Implant Institute – Specialist dental implant and full-arch rehabilitation provider
- Dental Lounge – Premium cosmetic and restorative dentistry clinics
Together, these brands service thousands of patients each year and operate in a highly regulated, performance-driven environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative across paid media, email, social, print, and in-clinic environments. We are looking for a self-motivated designer who can think independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of projects without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Campaign Creative
- Design paid Meta and Instagram ad creatives
- Create EDM and campaign assets
- Support website and digital asset updates
- Produce organic social content in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
- Assist with campaign launches and promotions
Brand & Marketing Collateral
- Design brochures, signage, and sales materials
- Update in-clinic displays and patient information packs
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets
Brand Development
- Support brand refresh and visual identity projects
- Update and maintain brand guidelines
- Assist with website and design system improvements
Creative Thinking & Copy
- Write basic marketing copy for ads, EDMs, and social content
- Develop creative concepts independently
- Think critically about creative performance and conversion
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 4+ years’ professional graphic design experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong portfolio across digital and print
- Experience with service-based businesses and/or e-commerce brands
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience designing paid advertising creative with performance in mind
- Understanding of working within regulated environments (including AHPRA guidelines)
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and accountability
Desirable
- Experience with HubSpot EDM builders
- Video editing using CapCut
- Copywriting experience
