Based at our Monash clinic in Melbourne, this is a hands-on practice management role for someone who’s equally comfortable jumping on a live chat, reading a revenue report, and making sure every patient walks out smiling.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full patient experience – from first digital touchpoint through to checkout
• Monitoring and responding to live chat enquiries in real time, converting leads into booked appointments
• Owning clinic KPIs – tracking revenue, managing budgets, and reporting on performance
• Scheduling and optimising the appointment calendar to maximise clinic efficiency
• Coordinating the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and care
• Maintaining accurate patient records across our practice management software
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and patient satisfaction
• Acting as the operational hub of the clinic – nothing runs without you

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a practice management, operations, or clinic coordinator role – dental or healthcare preferred
• Digitally savvy – comfortable with live chat platforms, patient management software, and digital reporting tools
• Commercially minded with an understanding of revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs
• A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and improve processes
• Excellent communicator – warm and professional with patients, clear and decisive with the team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
