Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
