Description

About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to assist a participant in Auburn with complex needs.

The participant’s family is actively involved, and the successful candidates will be required to attend a meet and greet/trial prior to commencement.

Shifts Available:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • 3:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Flexibility with end times is highly regarded
  • Opportunity to increase hours and days over time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to a participant with complex needs
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Supporting daily routines and in-home activities
  • Working collaboratively within a family environment while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Respecting the participant’s space and privacy

About You:

  • Experience working with complex behaviours and high support needs
  • Calm, relaxed, yet strong, confident, and capable approach
  • Comfortable working in a participant’s home while family members are present
  • Ability to adapt and work flexibly within a structured routine
  • Reliable and consistent with availability on set days

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver’s licence and access to comprehensive-insured car
  • NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Experience with Complex care
