Description

At The Bridge Inc, we walk alongside people with disability to support choice, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Our Connects services are all about creating opportunities, building connections, and delivering supports that reflect each person’s goals, preferences, and strengths.

As an Operations Support Lead, you’ll be a key go-to person across our Connects services – helping to keep things on track, supporting Service Coordinators, and making sure participants continue to receive consistent, safe, and high-quality supports. We’re looking for someone who enjoys making things run smoothly, supporting others, stepping in to help solve problems when they come up and is looking for an administrative focused role supporting this core function of our organisation.

This role doesn’t include formal staff supervision. Instead, it’s about working alongside others, sharing knowledge and helping build confidence and consistency in how we deliver services:

  • Support the day-to-day running of Connects services and step in to resolve issues or disruptions as they arise
  • Assist with participant intake, service changes, and transitions, ensuring supports remain consistent
  • Help maintain a positive team culture and provide practical guidance to Service Coordinators (non-supervisory)
  • Monitor participant safety, engagement, and goal progression, including supporting restrictive practice minimisation
  • Support consistent, high-quality service delivery by reinforcing policies, processes, and good practice
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting, data, and system-related tasks
  • Assist with NDIS compliance, incident processes, and risk management
  • Communicate with participants, families, and stakeholders, and represent the Operations Manager when needed

We are looking for a Certificate IV (or higher) in disability, community services or a related field with experience in a NDIS environment, an understanding of service delivery and coordination in practice and a practical approach to problem-solving.
