Description

The Bridge proudly delivers the Inclusive Employment Australia program across the Monash region, and we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Diversity Recruitment Specialist to join our South-East team. In this role, you’ll work in partnership with people seeking employment, employers, and your colleagues to create inclusive job opportunities that genuinely fit. Using a strengths‑based, person‑centred approach, you’ll support individuals to explore their goals, prepare for work, and transition into roles where they can thrive. You’ll also collaborate with employers to grow inclusive practices, flexible job design, and positive workplace experiences.

  • Supporting people one‑on‑one with job search, job readiness, and employment transitions
  • Building relationships with employers to promote inclusive and accessible recruitment
  • Identifying and developing job opportunities that align with individual strengths and preferences
  • Supporting interviews, workplace adjustments, and ongoing connection once someone starts work
  • Facilitating or supporting accessible job readiness workshops and group activities
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support sustainable employment outcomes

 

Please note this is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone with either a certificate III (3) or experience in employment, community services or a related field.
