Your Role:
• Lead a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF
• Mentor and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Contribute your leadership, creativity, and expertise to continuously enhance program quality
About You:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Experience in early childhood education and/or team leadership
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, positive, and child-focused approach
• Current Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance, and Child Protection training
• Full Australian working rights
• Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references
