Your Role:
- Create engaging, play-based programs that inspire children’s learning and curiosity.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Support social, emotional, and cognitive development in an inclusive environment.
- Contribute your ideas, creativity, and expertise to continually improve our programs.
About You:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Experience working in early childhood education and creating safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments for children
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, positive, and child-focused approach
- Current Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance, and completed Child Protection training
- Successful applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two professional references
