Dolly’s Dream Community Development Program Manager
Dolly’s Dream is looking for a dynamic and strategic Community Development Program Manager to lead the co-design of bullying prevention and early intervention programs in rural, regional and remote communities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in designing, delivering and evaluating community-based projects, ideally in prevention or early intervention who thrives in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- ·Lead design, delivery and evaluation of bullying prevention and early intervention
programs in rural, regional and remote communities.
- Develop place-based, community-led initiatives that build connection, resilience and local capability.
- Ensure continuing monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate impact and improve delivery.
- Apply strengths-based, trauma-aware practice.
- Lead engagement and co-design to implement local strategies that reduce bullying and reduce bullying and strengthen respectful relationships.
What You Bring:
- ·Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and evaluating community-based programs,
ideally in prevention or early intervention.
- Proven ability in co-designing initiatives with communities, engaging diverse stakeholders and amplifying community voice.
- Experience in using data, evidence and needs assessments to inform program development and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
- Excellent facilitation and co-design skills, including working with young people and community groups.
