The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our wholesale merchandise programs. Reporting to the Head of Product, this entry-level role provides critical administrative and operational support across product purchasing, production tracking, system maintenance and wholesale portal management. You’ll work closely with senior team members to maintain accuracy, coordination and momentum in a fast-paced environment; making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in merchandise, product and wholesale operations within the sports industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Product and Operations teams
- Preparing, collating and maintaining wholesale purchasing documentation
- Tracking production milestones and updating WIP status across internal systems
- Maintaining accurate product data including pricing, descriptions, imagery and stock levels
- Acting as a key contact for wholesale portal queries and resolving data discrepancies
- Supporting cross-functional coordination with Merchandise, Operations and eCommerce
- Ensuring records, workflows and systems remain accurate and up to date
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and following them through to completion
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable supporting senior team members and working across teams
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel)
- Confidence working with systems and databases, with the ability to learn new platforms
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sports Management or similar
- Exposure to the sporting industry preferred
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
