The Opportunity:

Join TGI Sport’s Media & Tech team in Melbourne or Sydney in a role that sits at the centre of sport, technology, and live event delivery. As an Account Manager, you will support the production, media and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of client, club and code content aligned to event day playlists, as well as static signage opportunities, while managing a portfolio of assigned accounts across Australia’s sporting landscape.

Reporting to the General Manager – Media & Tech, the role combines client service, coordination, administration, and commercial support in a dynamic team environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing advertising inventory for clients, clubs and codes.
  • Coordinating LED animation and TVC artwork across sales, production teams, clubs and codes.
  • Liaising with the production team on file creation and approval processes across digital assets.
  • Managing static signage delivery with clients, suppliers and installers.
  • Providing day-to-day account management support for assigned clients and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinating game day operations, including venue liaison, bump in and bump out planning, and weekly run-sheet circulation.
  • Facilitating outsourced contractors for LED operations across venues and supporting operational delivery on event days.
  • Supporting the Media & Tech team with administration meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Assisting with operational coordination across game day teams.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within signage, events, sport, media, or a related environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to liaise with contractors and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence across email, phone, and video calls.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external teams.
  • An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM or ERP platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of the advertising market, sports administration, pre-press production, or the commercial sports landscape in Australia will be highly regarded.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and personable approach, with the initiative to learn, challenge ideas, and respond well to feedback.
