About the Role
This is a customer service and service coordination role focused on managing bookings, handling enquiries, and liaising with hospitals, clinicians and patients to ensure a seamless experience.
You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and email enquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using internal systems
- Liaise with hospitals, referrers, clinicians and patients
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Provide administrative support to the wider operations team
- Ensure bookings and service requests are processed efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, call centre, bookings or administration
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using multiple digital systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, calm and solution-focused approach
