The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on strengthening strategic partnerships across insurance, brokers and corporate stakeholders. You’ll drive engagement, increase adoption of our services, and ensure clients maximise the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers and corporate stakeholders (HR, Finance, People & Culture).
Deliver engaging presentations, education sessions and wellness initiatives.
Develop tailored client engagement plans to drive utilisation and growth.
Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for expansion.
Represent Teladoc Health at client meetings and industry events.

About You

You are commercially savvy, confident presenting to senior stakeholders, and passionate about delivering value through strong partnerships.

You Will Bring:

5+ years’ experience in relationship or account management.
Experience within insurance, financial services, superannuation, professional services or health sectors.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health, Financial Services or a related field will be highly regarded.
