We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Brisbane team as an Internal Sales and Warehouse Coordinator.
Duties Include:
As Sales and Warehouse Coordinator at Teksal Safety, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations between our sales team, warehouse and customers. This dynamic, entry-level role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the desire to learn and the ability to thrive in a close knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external staff
- Assist with processing sales orders and customer inquiries
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Requirements:
- Completed high school Year 12 (WACE or equivalent) ; additional education or training in sales or logistics is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales or warehouse environment preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform tasks
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
