Join our afternoon Operations Team at our Newcastle depot.
Hours: 4:00am–4:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays)
Shifts: 6-8 hours, 3–4 shifts per week, Monday–Friday
Hours per week: 18-32 hours per week. Flexibility and reliability are big pluses!
Training: Fully provided

You’ll handle a range of food products (meat, dairy, gluten).
Pay rate listed is for 21+, those under 21 will receive lower rates as per award.
We’re looking for reliable Operations Crew Members to join our
team preparing, assembling, packing and dispatching fresh food products.
This is a hands-on role supporting Bakery, Production and
Warehouse operations to ensure products are prepared and delivered accurately
while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Prepare, portion, label and pack food products
• Pick and dispatch orders accurately
• Receive and store stock where required
• Follow recipes, picking sheets and work instructions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Support workflow and productivity across the shift
Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on
operational priorities and shift requirements.

About you
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically capable of repetitive work including lifting (20kg intermittently without assistance), standing, working on production lines and with machinery.
Experience in food production, bakery or warehouse environments is
desirable but not essential. Food safety certification or forklift licence is
advantageous.
