National Communications Coordinator
Ferntree Gully | Full Time | Monday-Friday
Tasty Fresh Food Co. is seeking a confident and customer-focused communicator to join our National Support Team at Head Office in Ferntree Gully.
This fast -paced role supports our national operations by managing customer enquiries, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers Van Sales Managers (VSM’s) and internal departments.
2-Week Van Sales Training Included
All successful applicants will complete a 2-week paid pre-training program on one of our Tasty Fresh vans to gain frontline operational experience.
Pre-Training Hours
Monday-Friday, 6:00am – approx. 2:00-3:00pm
Requirements:
- Full Victorian Driver Licence (no P plates)
- Comfortable in a mobile, customer-facing environment
Ongoing Role Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Based at Head Office – Ferntree Gully
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Resolve complaints and escalations professionally
- Coordinate catering and large orders
- Communicate with field teams and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems

- Bright and bubbly, positive personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional manner with a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
- Confident multi-tasking in a high-volume environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Strong problem-solver and the ability to learn quickly with a positive approach
