Van Sales Representative – Ferntree Gully

• Monday to Friday only – no nights or weekends
• Early starts, early finishes (typically home by 2–3pm)
• Ongoing full-time position with set hours and routine
• Casual rate (ongoing full time role/hours): nearly $37 per hour, or permanent rate: $29.50 per hour

A typical day

You’ll start your day at our Tullamarine depot between from 6am, loading your modern automatic lunch van with fresh food and drinks before heading out on your regular route.

Throughout the morning you’ll visit workplaces including warehouses, factories, work sites and offices, stopping every few minutes to serve customers. You’ll build strong relationships with regular customers, process sales, manage stock and provide friendly, efficient service.

No two days are exactly the same, you’ll be constantly on the move, meeting people and running your route as if it were your own business (without the admin burden!). After your final stop, you’ll return to the depot to complete stock counts, unload and cash up before heading home in the early afternoon.

What you’ll need

• Full Victorian driver’s licence (no P Plates)
• Safe and confident driving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organised
• Motivation to grow your earnings and career
