Mon–Fri, early roster with shifts scheduled within the hours of 4am-12pm or 5am–1pm

What You’ll Do
- Mix, sheet & prepare puff + shortcrust pastry
- Bake high volume pies, pastries, cakes & slices
- Operate bakery equipment (sheeter experience ideal)
- Follow HACCP & food safety standards
- Cleaning, setup & general production tasks
- Food preparation/cooking/assembly across manufacturing in bakery or production
- Manual handling, using ovens, mixing equipment, machine operation
- Warehouse tasks; counts, picking, organisation
- Working in variable temperature-controlled areas; bakery and cool rooms
- Cleaning of all working areas; manufacturing and warehouse
- Stock maintenance; receipt and storage tasks
