About the Role
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating water storage tank servicing jobs from start to finish. This includes planning, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Own service delivery end-to-end: plan, coordinate and deliver service jobs safely, on time, within budget, and to Tank Vision quality standards.

Client & stakeholder management: be the main point of contact, clarify scope, communicate progress, and escalate risks early.

Financial control: track actuals vs budget, manage invoicing/claims and variations, and ensure accurate cost coding/timesheets.

Scheduling & resourcing: build and maintain job schedules, coordinate milestones across internal teams and contractors, and manage delays.

Safety & compliance leadership: drive safe work practices, develop job plans, conduct site checks, and ensure reporting and compliance requirements are met.

Quality & reporting: review/sign off service documentation, maintain all service tools and equipment, monitor workforce performance, and provide regular updates to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree Qualified or at least 2-3 years Construction supervision/Co-ordination experience within the design/manufacture/construct space
- Experience using MS Projects, Teamwork Projects,
- Proven customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and handle issues professionally
- Highly organised service operator who can plan work, prioritise competing jobs and keep things moving
- Confident people leader who can motivate technicians/contractors, set expectations and drive performance
- Strong commercial judgement—comfortable reviewing quotes, managing pipeline follow-up and protecting margin
- Solid financial discipline—tracks costs, monitors budget vs actuals, and keeps invoicing/variations on track
- Practical problem-solver who can make sound decisions under pressure and escalate early when needed
- Safety-focused and compliance driven, with a commitment to WHS and quality standards on every job
- Clear communicator with strong written reporting skills and the ability to keep clients and internal teams aligned
