About the Role

As the Project Co-ordinator you will: 

• Collaborating with senior leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute key projects.
• Developing detailed project plans, monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Providing regular status updates and reports on project progress and outcomes.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Hosting project meetings with stakeholders to discuss expectations and results.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Driving process improvements and streamlining workflows to optimise project outcomes.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management or coordination in a general engineering manufacturing environment. 
• Having a can-do attitude, ability to adapt, change, organize and maneuver promptly in a fast paced continually changing work environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.
