Sync Lift Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team for a significant gas plant decommissioning project in South Australia.

About the Role

Working within an experienced shutdown and project team, you will be responsible for the safe decommissioning of process equipment across a live industrial environment. The role requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, strong safety awareness, and proven experience within the oil and gas industry.

Essential Requirements

• Australian Trade Qualification – Mechanical Fitter
• Demonstrated experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proven flange management experience (essential)
• Experience working on process plants, refineries, LNG or gas facilities
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
