Our experience brings with it premium wharf cartage and container transport services, with a focus on providing customers with complete logistics solutions including warehousing, container pack/unpack, distribution, over-dimensional, heavy haulage, project logistics and Australia wide bulk haulage.
The Customer Experience Manager leads and oversees the Customer Experience Team,
ensuring exceptional support and service delivery to Symons Clark customers,
clients, and stakeholders.
What you will be doing…
Leading, mentoring, & developing the Customer Experience Team.
Managing performance, including reviews, feedback, and staff development.
Ensuring clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing customer complaints in line with company policies and procedures.
Overseeing daily team workflow and service standards.
Taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
Using customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Setting and monitoring customer service goals.
Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Supporting additional customer service activities as required.
Do you have…
Strong customer service experience, ideally within the Transport industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership and team management capability.
The ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Experience in a Customer Service Manager (or similar) role.
Working knowledge of customer service systems and tools.
Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills.
