Description

We are seeking a Guest Services Sales Assistant to join our team in a customer-facing role across Admissions and Retail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available to work 1 x Weekend Day each week, as part of their roster.

Preferred roster patterns include:

  • Tuesday – Saturday, or
  • Sunday – Thursday

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Process ticket sales and retail transactions
  • Assist with guest enquiries in person, via phone and email
  • Support retail presentation and stock management
  • Assist with general guest services operations
