You will provide excellent customer service and office administration to the wider Sylvia P Group team. If you live and breathe organization, accurate data entry, timely response to customer queries and assisting with bookkeeping, then you will flourish in this role!

About your new role
- Provide outstanding front line customer service via phone and email
- Set up SKU’s and products into our systems
- Assist sales team with customer enquiries that require information from other our departments
- Assist with organising returns and repairs for customer
- Enter data on our systems accurately and timely
- Assist with other office admin tasks such as reconciliation and bookkeeping
- This in an office-based role Mon-Fri, 8am start – 4:30pm finish, with early finish at 2:30pm on Fridays
What will you bring?
- 1-3 years of customer service experience and high-volume data entry
- At least 6 months experience using Xero
- Accuracy, speed, and organisation skills
- Fun and positive mindset which contributes to our company culture
- Experience setting up new products on Shopify (not required but good to have)
