About the Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff – Operations & Strategy to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution across the business. This role is central to ensuring priorities are clear, operations run effectively, and strategic initiatives are delivered.

The ideal candidate is structured, highly organised, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll act as a force multiplier for leadership—connecting teams, improving systems, and ensuring follow-through on the company’s most important work.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Support the CEO and leadership team to coordinate priorities, workflows, and delivery of key business objectives
  • Identify organisational gaps and improvement opportunities across operations, systems, and processes
  • Analyse workflows, structures, and practices to improve efficiency, alignment, and performance
  • Prepare recommendations to improve procedures, reporting, governance, and ways of working
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements

Communication & Coordination

  • Prepare reports, briefing papers, presentations, and executive-level documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-through on key priorities
  • Support executive communications, including board materials and investor updates where required
  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Product, and Legal

Process & Culture Enablement

  • Provide guidance and support to teams to improve planning, communication, and execution
  • Help strengthen a high-performance, values-driven team culture
  • Drive adoption of improved processes and ways of working across the organisation

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-impact operational or strategic role (e.g. Chief of Staff, business operations, consulting, product)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information for senior stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Jira, or Confluence
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
  • Experience supporting executive communications, board reporting, or fundraising is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or similar experience is a plus
