SWC Training is seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our growing team in full-time roles. This role is ideal for health professionals passionate about quality training, assessment, and supporting the next generation of health sector workers.

SWC Training is a specialist Registered Training Organisation delivering high-quality vocational education to the health and care sectors across Australia. We partner closely with hospitals, health services, and employers to provide compliant, industry-relevant training that supports workforce capability and career pathways.

Due to continued growth in our hospital partnerships, we are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Certificate III and Certificate IV in Cleaning, the Certificate III in Health Administration and the Certificate III in Health Services Assistance.

About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering, assessing, and validating nationally recognised training for learners working within hospital and health service environments. Delivery may include a combination of workplace-based training, on-site delivery, and online learning support.

You will play a key role in ensuring learners develop the practical skills, compliance knowledge, and professional behaviours required in regulated health settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess the following qualifications in accordance with training package requirements:

o    HLT37315 Certificate III in Health Administration and

o    HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Support Services

o    CPP30321 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations

o    CPP40421 Certificate IV in Cleaning

  • Facilitate engaging, industry-relevant training aligned to hospital pharmacy operations and workplace practices
  • Conduct workplace assessments and gather valid, sufficient, and authentic evidence
  • Support learners to complete training while meeting workplace and regulatory expectations successfully
  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records in line with State Government funding requirements, the RTO Standards 2025 and other industry requirements
  • Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
  • Work collaboratively with SWC Training staff and industry partners to ensure high-quality outcomes

About You

You will have:

  • At least three years of experience working in role related to the qualifications listed above in a hospital or related health service
  • Demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 (or commitment to complete as a condition of employment
  • Strong facilitation, communication and assessment skills
  • Sound knowledge of VET compliance and RTO standards
  • A commitment to high-quality training and learner outcomes
