Support Vehicles Australia (SVA) are a leading design and manufacturing organisation supplying heavy equipment to key clients primarily in the mining industry within Australia. We are a specialist vehicle body builder designing and manufacturing a range of mining and construction equipment including water trucks, service modules and trailers.
SVA are looking to hire a Reception & Administration Officer to help organise and maintain our fast paced office. The role being offered is casual and ideally be working 3-5 days per week, 7am to 11am.
Your area of responsibility will include but not limited to:
- Managing the reception area including answering incoming calls, supplier/contractor/visitors coming into the workshops
- Office and Accounts Filing
- Document scanning and electronic filing
- Other administrative duties as required
- Tidy kitchen area, empty dishwasher, wipe benches.
The desired applicant will:
- be competent user of Microsoft Office
- have great people skills
- have great verbal and written communication skills.
- work well in a team environment
- have great time management skills with a positive attitude towards safety, quality and good housekeeping
Hourly rate of pay for 21-year-old or over is $34.25 (incl 25% casual loading).
