About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives across paid media, website management, email and content — helping drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will support campaign execution across multiple channels, keep our website up to date, and contribute to reporting and optimisation across the team’s digital efforts. Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across search (Google Ads) and social (Meta, TikTok) channels, including ad setup, audience targeting and budget management
- Own day-to-day website management, ensuring content is accurate, up to date and aligned with campaign activity and product updates
- Assist in developing and scheduling digital content across channels, working closely with the Creative and Content teams
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, providing regular reporting with clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Help design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across ad copy, creative, landing pages and audiences to improve performance
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience insights to inform campaign and content strategy
- Support LEO (LLM Engine Optimisation) initiatives, helping ensure our brand and content are well-represented across AI-powered search and discovery platforms
- Explore AI-powered tools and workflows to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and decision-making
- Collaborate with the Creative, Content, Product and Data teams to ensure digital touchpoints are aligned and optimised
- Ensure all digital marketing activity complies with platform policies, regulatory requirements and brand guidelines
- Stay across platform changes, new formats and industry trends to help the team maintain a competitive edge
Key experiences
- 1–2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with exposure to paid media, website management or email marketing
- Familiarity with Google Ads and/or paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including conversion tracking, attribution and campaign reporting
- Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar
- Experience with a CMS such as WordPress, including basic content updates and page builds
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve marketing workflows or generate insights
- Awareness of emerging trends in LEO (LLM Engine Optimisation) and how AI is reshaping search and content discovery is a plus
- SEO knowledge is preferred but not essential
About you
- You thrive on data-driven decision-making and enjoy getting into the detail of campaign performance
- You are proactive, curious and always looking for new ways to improve results
- You have a strong eye for compelling ad copy and creative
- You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly
- You are organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once
- You care about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
