We are looking for Call Centre Agents based in our Paphos office that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Call Centre Agent duties include handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and recommending products/services that meet customers’ requirements.
In essence, they are responsible for ensuring that every customer receives prompt, accurate, and courteous service.

Requirements
• Ability to communicate in the English language (written and verbal).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential—we provide full training!
• Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
