About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week), reporting directly to the Hospitality Manager. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will be responsible for welcoming residents, visitors, and staff, delivering a high standard of customer service with warmth and professionalism. Additional shifts may become available depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, directing enquiries appropriately
  • Manage visitor sign-in and maintain a clean, professional front desk area
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required

About You

  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and empathetic when working with elderly individuals
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work occasional weekends
