  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address staffing gaps and service needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across all rostering systems and communication channels.
  • Utilise CRM and rostering software effectively (e.g., ShiftCare).

About you

  • Experience in the disability or NDIS sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS support types (SIL, ILO, Community Access, STA/Respite).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.
  • Understanding of SCHADS Award and NDIS Practice Standards.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Working With Children Check.

Why join us?

  • Monthly team lunches.
  • Birthday Day Off for your birthday.
  • Incredible team culture and regular bonding activities.
  • Work‑from‑home opportunities (where operationally appropriate).
