About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect with 4–8 years’ experience to join our Melbourne studio. This role will focus on the design and delivery of multi-residential (Class 2) projects — from early concept through to construction. You’ll contribute to a studio that values
thoughtful design, technical rigour, and collaborative teamwork.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or support multi-residential projects across all stages
- Prepare design presentations, DA/CC documentation, and construction packages
- Work closely with consultants and builders to ensure project intent is maintained
- Navigate Class 2 compliance requirements and ensure alignment with the NCC and Australian Standards
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet deadlines and design objectives
- Contribute to internal reviews and mentoring of junior team members
- Apply strong Revit skills within a BIM environment to produce high-quality documentation
About You
You bring a strong mix of design thinking and delivery expertise, particularly in multi-residential projects. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and confident navigating complexity with clarity.
You’ll ideally have:
- A Master’s degree in Architecture
- 4–8 years of post-graduate experience, including Class 2 project exposure
- Proficiency in Revit, with experience delivering documentation in BIM environments
- Strong knowledge of planning pathways, BCA compliance, and Class 2 requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage timeframes, consultants, and competing demands
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in meaningful, high-quality design
If you are a dedicated professional eager to lead and deliver high-quality architectural projects, we invite you to apply and join our dynamic team.
