What you’ll do:

The Junior Account Manager serves as the primary tactical link between our clients and the agency. Your mission is to master client relationship management by ensuring the timely delivery of projects and supporting the wider EarlyBird team in executing long-term growth strategies.
Your day-to-day might include:

Managing client relationships for a portfolio of SMB accounts, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.

Setting and managing expectations regarding strategy scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Leading regular communication, including preparing and delivering clear, concise performance reports.

Overseeing the execution of SEO strategies focused on increasing organic visibility and traffic.

Managing the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth and satisfying start to their journey with us.

Conducting foundational SEO tasks such as keyword research, content mapping, and technical audits.

Analysing campaign progress using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Collaborating closely with the team, supporting the Operations Lead on strategic planning and ad hoc duties.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable bonus skills:
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Previous experience within a digital marketing agency.

Salary & Compensation:

- Base salary: AUD $50,000 + superannuation.
